LIVE-IN CARE JOBS IN THE UK
At The Good Care Group, we warmly welcome carers for Professional Live-In Care positions from overseas, including applications from EU nationals who have either professional or personal experience of caring. We currently employ people from over 40 different nationalities in our business, what everyone has in common is a real desire to provide outstanding care.
WHAT DO I NEED TO WORK IN THE UK?
If you are living in Hungary and thinking of applying to work with us you must be able to provide us with proof of your right to work in the UK. To be eligible, you must have either a British passport, settled or pre-settled status as part of the EU settlement scheme, or hold a current visa that allows you to work in the UK with no restrictions.
Please note that we cannot assist with any sponsorship or visa requests – including those applying for a health and social care visa. If you apply to work with us and you do not have one of these documents, we regret that we will be unable to process your application.
For more information on what documentation is required for working in the UK please visit the UK government website.

BENEFITS OF WORKING WITH THE GOOD CARE GROUP
If you want to enjoy good rewards, access great ongoing training courses and have 24/7 support from an award-winning team, we think there’s nowhere better than The Good Care Group. We are proud to be highly rated and awarded in the UK for the care and support we provide. We have achieved an ‘outstanding’ rating by the Care Quality Commission, one of only 2% of providers nationally.
Shift patterns for live-in carers are typically 4 weeks on/2 weeks off or 2 weeks on and 2 weeks off for those living in Hungary, however we have many other working patterns available to suit your lifestyle and give you greater flexibility. As all of our roles are for “live-in” care positions, your accommodation will be provided for the duration of your working time in the UK, but you will need to have your own accommodation in between placements.
