Just a minimum of six months of care experience is required to join our team of domiciliary carers!

To join our hourly care team, you need a minimum of six months’ professional care experience, whether as an hourly carer, healthcare assistant in the NHS, or in a care home, hospice, or similar setting, along with a genuine passion for providing excellent care. While this role is primarily lone working, you must also be comfortable working independently and demonstrating strong teamwork skills when collaborating with other local healthcare professionals.

A day in the life of an hourly carer in Chelsea
