A free and friendly informal group for senior local residents and their carers to enjoy tea, cake and social activities
Along with Home Instead we are hosting a new Wellness Cafe in Balham for senior residents and their carers in the local area.
It is a free event, providing tea, cakes and social activities including table tennis!
