The Good Care Group Employee Awards 2023
Every year, The Good Care Group hosts employee awards to honour and celebrate our team members across the organisation. It provides the opportunity for anyone to nominate the people they feel are outstanding in their role and who demonstrate our company values. There were a variety of award categories, giving us the opportunity to recognise not just individuals but teams too, and to celebrate the full range of skills we have within the business.
Congratulations to this year’s winners!
Viviana Alejandra Perez Rakela – Employee of the Year
Trudie Hughes – Quality of Life Award
Team Scotland – Team of the Year Award
Anna May – Manager of the Year Award
Kaycee Zach – Rising Star Award
Claire Curtis – Nurturing Talent Award
Nyree Doyle – The Joy Maker Award
Darren Kennedy, Managing Director shares:
“Having read all the nominations for this year’s The Good Care Group Awards, I’m overwhelmed with the sense of pride and belonging that we have here. These nominations beautifully portray the amount of effort everyone is contributing to the support of those under our care, spanning from our support teams at our offices, those working out in the field or in regional roles, to the frontline Professional Carers.
Some of the nominations made me smile, some laugh and some cry… all of them certain that what we do at TGCG, and the way in which we do it, makes such a difference to people’s lives. I am certain that every individual plays a pivotal role. Selecting a single winner in each category was undoubtedly challenging, given the exceptional contributions across the board.”
Huge congratulations to all of our winners!
