Double winners at The 2021 HealthInvestor Awards

This week The Good Care Group is incredibly proud to announce they are winners of another two awards.

The 2021 HealthInvestor Awards have recognised The Good Care Group by awarding them the Domiciliary care provider of the year and Specialist care provider of the year.

The Domiciliary care provider of the year. This award recognises that The Good Care Group (TGCG) is an outcomes-driven organisation focussed on improving both the health and wellbeing outcomes for their clients, but also staff wellbeing. In the application TGCG highlighted that falls rates have reduced over the past year, as have chest infection rates, all in the context of a global pandemic. Both client satisfaction surveys and employee surveys demonstrate that TGCG is an organisation that cares.

Specialist care provider of the year award recognised how TGCG provides high quality support to people living with dementia (a condition that 58% of their clients are living with). Through inhouse expertise, advanced training and specific tools TGCG is able to achieve continuous improvements and offer a high quality service from early diagnosis right through to end of life care at home. TGCG’s unique recruitment processes mean they recruit people with the right values, and when they look after those people, their carers look after their clients in turn.
