Whether your loved one requires extra support with personal care, a helping hand during mealtimes, or a friendly face over a cup of tea, we’re proud to provide hourly care across London.
Personal care: support with bathing, dressing and hair care.
Companionship: someone to speak to and share hobbies with.
Medical support: assistance with managing medication.
Household support: helping keep the home clean and comfortable.
With our expert care team, we’re here to provide the quality care at home that we’re known for, in a domiciliary care format, popping in for a visit for as little as one hour per day.
A leading home care provider in the UK
For over fifteen years, we’ve supported hundreds of families across England and Scotland – ensuring their loved ones can live well at home, with independence and dignity.
With a dedicated care manager, they’ll receive a detailed care plan based on their preferences, health needs and lifestyle. So you can rest assured that your loved one is receiving the very best care, built around them.
Our hourly care service is completely flexible, so you can choose the level of support that feels right for you. Whether that’s a few visits per week, or more frequent check-ins throughout the day.
If your loved one requires more complex care, we can also provide round-the-clock care options, like 24-hour care, or live-in care. We also offer respite care at home, for times when you need to rest and recharge.
Meet our hourly care team
Our regional hourly care managers have extensive experience in the industry, and work closely with our care managers to ensure your loved ones receive the highest quality of care.
"I joined The Good Care Group in 2018 as a live-in care manager, and now lead our London hourly care service as Regional Manager.
With 16 years in the care industry, I’ve worked in roles ranging from carer and support worker to supervisor, and care manager. I’ve also completed extensive training, including First Aid Instructor, PROACT SCIPr Instructor, Level 3 & 5 Health and Social Care, and now my Level 7 in Senior Leadership Management.
My passion for care began when my grandfather lived in a care home, and that experience still guides me today. I love seeing clients live to their full potential: achieving goals, maintaining independence, and enjoying meaningful moments."
Why choose The Good Care Group?
With award-winning hourly care, your loved one can continue to live independently in the place they love most, while still receiving regular, flexible visits.
In-house carer training
All of our carers complete a training programme developed by in-house clinicians before being assigned to a placement. Plus, they’ll receive additional enhanced training for complex care needs.
Fully managed service
We are not a care agency. We directly employ, train, and supervise all of our carers. That means you’ll receive consistent, reliable support, from carers we know and trust.
Dementia care experts
Our in-house experts, including Clinical Lead Sabah Shah and Dementia Champion Nichola Proctor, support our care teams to deliver compassionate dementia care at every stage of the condition.
Award-winning care
We’ve won more awards than any other home care provider for our service, training and culture. Including a Home Care Award, and a National Dementia Care Award.
Who is hourly home care for?
Hourly care is designed for people who may be starting to find daily life a little more challenging, but who want to remain living independently at home.
With daily check ins, or visits throughout the day, your loved one can feel confident that they’ll have support when they need it. And you’ll find peace of mind, knowing your loved one will receive award-winning care, in a way that aligns with their needs and wishes.
Meet our in-house experts
Our specialist care services are guided by in-house experts, a Consultant Admiral Nurse and a Clinical Lead, who specialise in dementia and complex care.
"I’m Sabah, the Clinical Lead for the Good Care Group. I joined The Good Care Group in August 2024 and bring over nine years of experience in health and social care. My career in healthcare started with a simple goal: to make a meaningful difference in people’s lives.
Over the years, I have built on that foundation, gaining expertise through a variety of roles and challenges that have shaped my approach to delivering high standards of care.
I am a registered nurse with the NMC and I have worked in care for over nine years. I started as a Nurse, working in both hospital and community settings, where I supported patients with a range of acute and chronic conditions as well as end-of-life care."

How can hourly care support your live-in care service?
If your loved one is already receiving live-in care and needs some extra support, we can step in to help with additional hourly care.
Whether your loved one has more complex needs, requires two carers at certain times of the day, or would like extra assistance during carer breaks, we’ll work with you to ensure you always have the right level of care for your needs.
The cost of hourly care depends on how often our carers visit, how long they stay, and the level of support you need. During your consultation, we’ll take the time to understand your situation and discuss what kind of care will work best for you.
Once we’ve talked everything through, we’ll provide a clear, accurate cost so you know exactly what to expect. This way, you can plan and arrange your care with confidence and peace of mind.
