With over 20 years of experience in the healthcare sector, Jonathan is highly experienced in the provision of home care, and is driven by making a positive difference in people’s lives with exceptional care at home.
Jonathan has worked as Group Commercial Director at Nuffield Health for eight years, where he oversaw and led on the development of its multi-site primary care and health screening services. Subsequent positions have included director level roles at Ramsay Healthcare, with his responsibilities encompassing acquisition leadership as well as leading two business transformation projects in South East Asia.
He is highly experienced in the provision of care at home, having latterly worked at City and County Healthcare as Managing Director of its Complex Care business where he oversaw a team of specialist carers and led the integration and transformation of four recently acquired companies into one business entity.
He is passionate about, and driven by, the importance of ensuring increased awareness of home care as well as better integrating with both private sector and public sector providers, taking a holistic approach to healthcare to enable individuals to thrive and improve their health outcomes. He is also committed to ensuring home care provision for all age groups, including people living with disabilities, is prioritised and better understood as an alternative option to care homes.
