About me
I’m Claire, Director of IT at The Good Care Group. I am responsible for our IT strategy and services which support the whole company – from the everyday activity of our carers and care managers to assisting with finance and staff recruitment. I also manage cybersecurity, process automation, platform capability, data management, and our AI integration.
I enjoy working in the care sector, where I can apply my knowledge and experience to find technology-based solutions for our frontline staff, enabling technology to assist in the delivery of exceptional care.
Qualifications and experience
Claire is a strategic Director of IT with over 15 years of experience leading complex digital transformations and delivering large-scale operational efficiencies within the UK’s complex care sector. Her experience in healthcare covers Live-in Care, Domiciliary Care, Mental Health, and Learning Disabilities for both adults and CAMHS.
Her expertise lies in defining and executing digital strategy, aligning technology solutions with core business objectives, and managing multi-disciplinary teams across all facets of IT, including Business Systems, DevOps, Infrastructure, and cybersecurity.
