I’m Charlotte, the Digital Marketing Manager here at The Good Care Group. I look after our digital marketing activity, including our website, social media, email, and content, ensuring we can best support families looking for care.
I enjoy turning ideas into clear, engaging campaigns – whether that’s improving our website experience, developing content, or building email journeys that genuinely help people at the right time.
I chose to work in the care industry because it’s something that’s always felt close to home. With family members working in the NHS and having seen loved ones receive care first-hand, I’ve seen just how much compassion, kindness, and support can mean. I wanted to do a job that feels truly meaningful, where the work I do helps people at some of the most important moments of their lives.
Qualifications and experience
Charlotte graduated with a Bachelor of Arts degree in Typography and Graphic Communications in 2018. After gaining an interest in finding new ways to communicate and connect with audiences, she pursued a career in marketing.
She joined The Good Care Group in 2023 and has since led the marketing team on several major projects – including using her creativity and expertise to overhaul the website in 2025. By shaping our user experience, Charlotte helps families to find the right care and support when they need it most.
