Celebrating growth in the hourly care team

As we reflect on the year, we are filled with pride and joy on what we have achieved. This past year has marked a significant journey of growth within our Hourly Care team at The Good Care Group in London.

Last year, we were a small but influential group of 16 hourly carers, providing hourly care across London. Fast forward to today, and that number has more than doubled! Our team of hourly carers continue to deliver compassionate, professional support to our clients.

This growth isn’t just about numbers; it’s a testament to our commitment to providing the highest standard of care. Every new team member brings fresh energy, diverse background skills, and a shared passion for making a difference in our clients’ lives.

“TGCG is a great place to work, it’s very diverse and the hourly team is great! My managers are super understanding and I get to work with amazing clients.”
Silifat, hourly carer

Last year, we were honoured to support a growing number of clients. Today, we’re proud to care for even more, each with their own unique needs and stories. This growth highlights the trust families have in our services and our commitment to providing dependable, high-quality care. Our flexible approach allows our carers to choose the hours that best meet their needs, ensuring they receive the support that works for them.

Join us in our journey

Our journey over the past year has been extraordinary, but we’re far from finished. As we continue to grow, we’re always looking for compassionate individuals to join our team. If you’ve ever considered a career in care, now is the perfect time to take the next step. If you have at least six months of professional care experience, you’ll find there’s nowhere better than The Good Care Group to develop your skills.

Why we think there’s nowhere better to work:
