Supporting clients at home

At The Good Care Group we work with providers of home care across the country to ensure that we have trusted partners who can help us to support our clients to live well in the comfort of their own homes.

How we support your clients at home

  • 24/7 care management and emergency response
  • Personal care, live-in, and respite services
  • Mobility, rehabilitation, and medication support
  • Nurse-led clinical care and court reporting
  • Companionship, meal prep, light housekeeping, and pet care
  • Palliative and end-of-life care

Safer care at home

We closely track key health and wellbeing indicators to ensure our clients receive the safest, most effective care. By combining proactive interventions with personalised care planning, we consistently achieve better outcomes and reduce risks for those we support.

Safe and proactive care

We take proactive stapes to prevent hospitalisations. Using urinalysis kits to rule out UTIs, our clients are 2.5x less likely to be hospitalised.

Respecting clients wishes

83% of our clients enabled to pass away peacefully at home in line with their preference, compared to 19% of 75+ population.

Comprehensive care plans

Clients are far less likely to experience hospitalisations due to incidents with our care, and the rate of hospital discharge is increased.

CQC and CI regulated care for England and Scotland

As a fully-regulated provider, we take part in routine inspections from the Care Quality Commission (CQC) in England, and the Care Inspectorate (CI) in Scotland.

We’re currently rated ‘Outstanding’ by the CQC, and ‘Very Good’ by the CI, placing us within the top 3% of home care providers for our safe, effective, caring, well-led and responsive care.

Sabah Shah

Clinical Lead, The Good Care Group

"I’m Sabah, the Clinical Lead for the Good Care Group. I joined The Good Care Group in August 2024 and bring over nine years of experience in health and social care. My career in healthcare started with a simple goal: to make a meaningful difference in people’s lives.

Why choose The Good Care Group?

For over 10 years, we’ve partnered with healthcare professionals and local authorities across England and Scotland to deliver award-winning home care solutions. Our services support independence, reduce hospital readmissions, and provide reliable, outcomes-driven care that aligns with strategic health and social care goals.

In-house carer training

All of our carers complete a training programme developed by in-house clinicians before being assigned to a placement. Plus, they’ll receive additional enhanced training for complex care needs.

Fully managed service

We are not a care agency. We directly employ, train, and supervise all of our carers. That means you’ll receive consistent, reliable support, from carers we know and trust.

Dementia care experts

Our in-house experts, including Clinical Lead Sabah Shah and Dementia Champion Nichola Proctor, support our care teams to deliver compassionate dementia care at every stage of the condition.

Award-winning care

We’ve won more awards than any other home care provider for our service, training and culture. Including a Home Care Award, and a National Dementia Care Award.
