Why choose The Good Care Group?

With award-winning home care, your loved one can maintain their independence and quality of life in the place they love most.

Watch Neil’s story, and discover the peace of mind that comes with receiving personalised live-in care at home.

In-house carer training

All of our carers complete a training programme developed by in-house clinicians before being assigned to a placement. Plus, they’ll receive additional enhanced training for complex care needs.

Fully managed service

We are not a care agency. We directly employ, train, and supervise all of our carers. That means you’ll receive consistent, reliable support, from carers we know and trust.

Dementia care experts

Our in-house experts, including Consultant Admiral Nurse, Dr Jane Pritchard, lead and support our care teams to deliver compassionate dementia care, at every stage of the condition.

Award-winning care

We’ve won more awards than any other home care provider for our service, training and culture. Including a Home Care Award, and a National Dementia Care Award.

Black Friday terms and conditions

  1. These offers are valid for bookings made between 00:01 on Monday, 24 November 2025 and 23:59 on Friday, 28 November 2025.
  2. The unique offer code TGCGBF2025 must be quoted at the time of booking to qualify for the discount or benefit.
  3. All required home care assessments must be booked by 31 December 2025.
  4. The respite care offer is valid for live-in respite care bookings only, and excludes respite hourly care.
  5. A minimum booking period of 14 days (two weeks) is required to qualify for the respite care discount.
  6. This respite care offer is available to both new and previous clients of The Good Care Group.
  7. The 10% discount on the first 28 days of live-in care is contingent upon the client meeting two criteria: a minimum live-in respite care booking of two weeks must be made and used, and the subsequent long-term live-in care booking must be officially made within 90 days of the respite care ending.
  8. The extended 28-day cooling-off period is valid for new clients and existing clients who are not currently receiving live-in care or palliative care services.
  9. The extended 28-day cooling-off period begins from the date the contract is signed, not the date care commences.
  10. If the service is cancelled after the 28-day cooling-off period has expired, the standard 30-day notice period will apply, as per the full terms of the client contract.
