We understand that, when you deliver live-in care, it is important to ensure you do not feel isolated and you maintain your personal wellbeing. That’s why we invest in supporting you, as well as the older people and elderly people you care for.
We fully manage our home care service through a 24/7 service centre, so you can speak to your professional care team around the clock should you have any issues or concerns, or in the event of an emergency.
Benefit & Wellness ProgrammeTGCG's Benefit & Wellness Programme have been developed and enhanced to include support requirements identified during on-going employee engagement activities such as the central team and carer lunches, focus groups and other regular feedback. We understand that although monetary benefits are important, the provision of adequate support structures and processes are seen as equally valuable by the team.
We have split the Programme content into 3 sections; “your wellbeing”, “your pay & benefits”, “your professional development”. Over the coming months we will be focussing heavily on developing mental health support structures for all at TGCG.
