We warmly welcome ex-pat and international Carer who have either professional or personal experience of caring for someone. We currently employ people from over 40 different nationalities in our business, what everyone has in common is a real desire to provide outstanding care.
Many of our Professional Carers join us from Spain where they can get the best of both worlds. Splitting their time between rewarding work in the UK and still enjoying their Spanish lifestyle.
Shift patterns for live-in carers are typically 4 weeks on/2 weeks off or 2 weeks on and 2 weeks off for those living in Spain, however we have many other working patterns available to suit your lifestyle and give you greater flexibility. As all of our roles are for “live-in” care positions, your accommodation will be provided for the duration of your working time in the UK, but you will need to have your own accommodation in between placements.

WHAT DO I NEED TO WORK IN THE UK?
If you are living in Spain and thinking of applying to work with us you must be able to provide us with proof of your right to work in the UK. To be eligible, you must have either a British passport, settled or pre-settled status as part of the EU settlement scheme, or hold a current visa that allows you to work in the UK with no restrictions.
Please note that we cannot assist with any sponsorship or visa requests – including those applying for a health and social care visa. If you apply to work with us and you do not have one of these documents, we regret that we will be unable to process your application.
