Compliance
The way our care service is regulated is different in England and Scotland. However, in both England and Scotland we are registered to provide care services to our clients in their own homes and unlike some domiciliary agencies, we employ all our carers and do not conduct business in the way an agency would. We are held totally accountable for all our carers throughout the duration of their placements with our clients.
ENGLAND
As a care provider, we are registered with the Care Quality Commission for all the services we provide. Registration with the CQC can take many forms dependent on the services being provided. We are registered to provide ‘personal care’ and ‘treatment of disorder, disease of injury’ and are recognized as having specialisms in care for older people, dementia care, care for younger adults, personal care, care for those with sensory or physical disabilities.
In May 2012 we were inspected by CQC. Although CQC have removed its ‘star ratings’ for care delivery from its inspection criteria, the service delivered by us was found to be fully compliant meeting all outcomes, with no improvements required. Download our full inspection report.
