Live In Stroke Care

A stroke is a loss of brain function due to a disturbance in the vessels supplying blood to the brain. Strokes affect different people in different ways, depending on the area and extent of damage. People can experience difficulties with movement, speech and sometimes partial blindness. Some people experience a single major stroke, others may be diagnosed with a vascular disease which results in numerous small strokes or Transient Ischemic Attacks (TIAs).
