The salaries we pay our professional carers vary considerably and depend on a number of factors including the level of your skills, qualifications and experience, as well as the rota pattern you work.
As an employee of The Good Care Group we offer all our carers paid holiday – something an introduction agency would be unable to provide. We also pay statutory sick pay for periods of absence due to illness.
